Class Philopsophy

All Pilates classes serve to improve posture, balance, flexibility, and overall strength and stability. Although Pilates is considered a full-body exercise, you can expect to feel the biggest focus on the core, back, and pelvic regions of the body. Finding the right classes and equipment for your own personalized needs is what I am here to help you achieve!

IN STUDIO PRIVATE EQUIPMENT TRAINING

Take advantage of the private studio space, complete with all equipment necessary for whatever your skill-level requires! My studio houses a Reformer, Tower, Chair, and TRX Pilates machines, as well as all necessary small equipment items.

 

HOUSE CALLS 

Too busy to go out to the studio but still want to work out with a live instructor? I am available for private sessions in the greater Los Angeles area within the comfort and convenience of your own home! Want to workout with a friend? Allow me to make a house call and teach a private class for two people!

Mat Pilates

This class uses your own body weight to train your way to increased strength and range of motion. Small equipment (balls, bands, rings & rollers). Through the use of props, the regular mat workout can be made more challenging or provide appropriate modifications for injuries.

Reformer Pilates

A smooth spring resistance training session allows you to work out without impact or compression to improve posture, strength, mobility, and flexibility.

Chair Pilates

Wunda Chair Pilates helps to rebalance muscles, as well as build overall strength and stability. This is a perfect class for clients in need of muscle rehabilitation, currently pregnant, or anyone who wants to stay in a seated, upright position. Wunda chair pilates makes use of a backless chair to build lower back, core, and pelvic region strength.

Tower Pilates

Tower is designed to train lean muscles of the arms and legs without compression on the legs, allows for inversions, and opens the hips, shoulders and spine. Resistance is used to strengthen, tone and lengthen muscles.
